(Source: City of St Charles, IL) The City of St. Charles Leaf Pick Up program begins Oct. 27 with the first pick up for residents on the East Side of the Fox River. Similar to the Brush Pick Up program, leaf collection areas are divided into the east and west sides of the river. Leaves must be on the parkway by 6:30 a.m. on the designated day of pick up, but it may take three to four days before the leaves are picked up in a specific area.
